Who all is excited about the LSU AD being let go in May and now in June?

The numbered tigers quoted people saying they were wishing Joe well and a good future.
Somebody posted two nights ago that Joe was getting the axe yesterday.

Alleva is tied to O period. If O is successful Alleva will retire at the end of his contract.

Why would anyone fire Joe “I am the search committee” Alleva?
He is the only AD in the world who would hire the likes of Ted 6-45 Roof, Carl 7-45 Franks, Ed 10-25 Orgeron.
No one and I repeat no one in the history of AD’s can pick a football HC like Joe can.
He should get a lifetime contract.

Not an alter, period. I enjoy your softball posts. You should stick to that and stay away from football threads. Amazing how different you sound in the different sports. Keep up the good work in softball.

I agree...I lurked and read the rant for a long time. Opinions were formed. Sorry. Btw, nothing wrong with having an opinion that shows skepticism. However, some are either trolls, or low intelligence/high emotion losers. Repeating same negative bs daily.

The softball coach who has been to the WCWS the last 3 out of 4 years. The basketball coach who just had the #3 recruiting class in the nation. The football coach who currently has the #3 recruiting class in the nation.
He inherited the baseball and gymnastics coaches.

I am not sure how I am illogical when it comes to football.
Its a given fact Alleva is incompetent, a lot of his decisions are very questionable.
I am giving O a chance. He had nice moments his first year, and some not some nice moments.
Hopefully the moves he made this offseason translates to more wins for us in the fall. If not we move on, I think thats fair.

I specifically said football and you know football is the revenue driver for the entire Dept.

Don't waste your time. I enjoy 357's softball recruiting posts and inside information.
BUT, he loves a coach who has been at LSU for over 40 years and did not do shite the first 35. But he wants other LSU coaches fired after a few years on the job.

WBB- Enough said..... Fail
No matter how you slice it, on paper hiring O was bad. I hope he pulls through and wins national titles but the search process was a frickn joke
Softball we've been very blessed that Torina panned out for sure he deserves credit!!
The contract negotiations, extensions, raises and buyouts are unacceptable too..
With all that said he deserves a lot of credit for the facility upgrades at LSU

I'm not in the o camp. But I do believe he actually may be moving us forward. I like what he has done. Time will tell on results. If he fails...fire his arse....but too many keep bashing him for state and Troy. If you are logical, you realize key nor guice were healthy and near their potential. Then you combine the massive amount of injuries and suspensions...and even aranda couldn't slow down state or troy. Troy wasn't some joke...they were good enough to go toe to toe with Clemson in 2016 and good enough to beat our backups. Once more healthy and suspensions lifted, they had a nice season. I don't even give much care to Notre Dame given the players that didn't even play...should have won, but wasn't our normal team anyway. All just my opinion. Again, you are good in softball...and much like justice in football.
