wait...was Saban the coach then? I didn't even realize. Seriously though...it has nothing to do with Saban. Ive never been more pissed off after a game then i was after that one. Although the Iowa ('04) and the Ole Miss game last year are a very close second.

MSU, because thats when I realized how bad we were and how we prob weren't going to get back to the level we were with our current head coach.

CORRRECT. Up until 2008 we used to pound the crap out of them EVERY year. We struggled in 2008[34-24] At home. And last year we were just plain lucky!!!!!!!

Troy was just shocking until the comeback

not totally shocking, they ran the offense that Mallveto had shown they had no answer for, and completely exploited the d's weakness by moving their slot guy around to take advantage of mis-matches.

La. Tech had 1/2 their starters missing from the game including 1/2 their secondary and we couldn't throw the ball at them.

this game should have sealed Crowton's fate.

One thing both of these games had in common was a totally flat team in the first halves. The week before both of these games we had lost to Bama and basically the season goals of winning the SEC West were gone. That's no excuse at all, but it isn't at all uncommon for a team to come out flat the following weak against a weaker opponent.

I understand this as well, BUT no way you should be behind 31-3 to a team like Troy at home EVER.

La Tech. Unfortunately, I was at that game staring close to field level at Miles dumb arse looking at blades of grass for an extended period of time.

I don't disagree...but they had the perfect offense to exploit our incompetent DC's.

reading is fundamental bitch, I stated the week before meaning the week before LSU beat Bowden fricking dumbass. I reserve the right to hate on Saban for all enternity and he was the coach when we lost to UAB so by tard logic such as yourself clearly it was his fault.

troy and tech were piss poor efforts and embarrassing.

im going to say troy was worse bc being down 4 tds to troy is shitty. they aren't a bad team but a team like LSU should have never been down 4 tds to them.

Thank you. I was at both games, I will never forget the Tulane player taking a bite out of one of the oranges the students were throwing on the field. That was a great team but very inconsistent, I remember after they beat the Bear thinking we could maybe play for a national title having only a tie at the time. But then they go and lose to Miss. State.
