The info you responded to on Tigerbait the morning it was released, the day of the game, in disagreement that Miles was staying and would have a press conference to state such.

No, I'm pretty sure I know the facts concerning RP. But your reaction was overboard and your assumptions of LSU's reactions were dead wrong.

miles didn't even schedule the press conference until after scike said that, until it was revealed that he had agreed to be the UM coach. they leaked it, miles got pissed off, and he said, "frick it" and stayed

what was released and what happened are 2 different things

people changed stories across the board

you figure it out

Scike stated he spoke to someone in Atlanta that said Miles was staying. That an agreement had been reached. How does the press conference AFTER his info discredit him?

How does this affect anything about you calling him out that morning, only to be dead wrong, then getting banned or whatever.

I notice you no longer post.

Your almost exact first words in response to his post were, "How much to do you wanna bet?"

You only had 10 or so posts over there, and I doubt anyone else was using SlowFlowPro.

they didn't schedule the press conference until after scike's info had been posted

until herbstreit said stuff that UM leaked him that they shouldn't have leaked at that time, miles was gone

then the press conference was scheduled and the deal was off

did scike also know UM would screw themselves over by leaking info for the 2nd time in a week, and that would piss off miles enough to make him change his mind and stay at LSU?

that's an amazing crystal ball from the guy who said that LSU wouldn't offer any in-state RBs early

and i don't even remember this convo. i'm pretty sure i was banned on tb at this time

No sweat.

I'm really not trying to call you out.

I was in Atlanta, logged on at the hotel because I had heard rumors from guys at the hotel. Saw Mike's post, saw a response from a SlowFlowPro willing to bet him on its accuracy.

You work so hard to avoid admitting you are wrong about something that I figured you were bored and needed some practice.

Maybe one of your boys signed up as you, who knows? BTW, I have no opinion regarding his abilities to cover Tiger athletics over anyone else's. But his information on that one story was consistent with what I was being told in Atlanta, and it happened to play out.

Had you not been the most frequent poster on this site, I probably wouldn't recall your response to him.

You don't have to remember or admit. I don't care. I only brought it up because you said you don't bet on here, and that was one time I remembered you willing to bet (I assumed money).

Slo, where you at? How about the avatar bet you suggested? Don't puss out now after you suggested it. Pick the avatar you want me to use if I lose the bet. I've already selected yours. See a few posts above.

Why do you have such a hard on about LSU canceling/moving games? You almost seem eager for it to happen.

Tiger Stadium.

Because LSU isn't going to sacrifice the revenue of a home game.

Tiger stadium will be ready and it will be played there.

I think the game's got a better shot of being at Tiger Stadium than anywhere else...that said, the notion that there is no way the game will be moved is just wishful thinking. No one ever thought we'd move the ASU game in 05, but it happened. Many were saying no way last week's game would be affected...it was. Many said, we'd absolutely play at home this weekend...we aren't. If an LSU game was an event where people just showed up at 6:30, went to the game and left right after, it might be a different story. But it's not just that. 100K plus people spread all over campus, many under the influence, not to mention tons of children running around, could be a dangerous thing if things aren't completely cleaned up. And there is no open date to reschedule it if it is not played. I would bet LSU would take the reduced revenue of a relocated game rather than no revenue of a cancelled game.

I would love for this game to be played in Denton at North Texas...obviously I know that cant happen...but I work in Denton and those damn people would go into sensory overload if 30 to 40 K LSU fans showed up...... they have no idea what college football is... I love it when my coworkers say they are gonna tailgate and they show up like an hour before the game and cook a few burgers.....

Of course he doesn't.

SFP seems to have these sources on all things LSU that are air tight, lol.

Just like the Miles situation. Just like the RP situation.

He always seems to know EXACTLY what happened, 100%
