I was at a nice Italian restaurant in Buckhead. The waiter was giving our table updates on the game and when Pitt won, I started dancing in the restaurant.

Oh, and I owe it ALL to LSUMATT ... the BCS guru. Remember him? He kept posting it was mathematically possible ... and that this team had to beat that team and then this other team had to beat that other team ...

Amite High/Pine basketball game in Sumner for the Cowboy classic. Was getting updates via text from my cousin. Everybody in the stands laughed at me when I went crazy after I got that last update.

I was at a party and I remember a friend of mine texting me the score of that game. That party got a whole lot better from that point on.

I was watching the game at home. At halftime, it looked like Pitt could possibly pull the upset. I got on ticket reserve and reserved two tickets to the National Title game for about $75 a piece. After the game it was around $500 to $600 for one ticket reservation. Earlier in the day they could be had for about $15. Lucky for me Pitt won (Oklahoma also beat Missouri) and my wife and I got to go the National Title game.

Second closest I've come to cutting my wrists after a 1996 loss to Miami on a last minute punt block.
By my reasoning LSU owes WVU for that national championship. Saturday night would be a nice opportunity for a recompense.

Poker Tournament after the SEC Championship. Think I was watching the Mizzou vs OU game. Others were playing COD on the other tv.

Walked by myself to some hole in the wall bar in Buckhead and caught the end of the game.
Met the entertainment director of the hotel I was staying at. She entertained me the rest of the night.
That was a damn strong day and even better night
