Bunch of restaurants and breweries will have games. Saw LSU-Mizzou out there in 2016.

Your condo/hotel should have CBS. If I were you I'd hit up the nearest dispensary, grab you some goodies, and go watch it in your room.
If it doesn't. There's plenty of restaurants/bars/a brewery in the area that should be showing it.
Have a fun trip! Be safe and Geaux Tigahs!
Edit: Also, once you're there while checking in ask the person at the front desk. They know the city very well and should be able to point you in the right direction.

I love a good TD meetup
My buddy lives up there now and says it's his spot for all the games and hes never lonely.

Since the game is on CBS, you can probably watch it literally anywhere in the US that has a working TV

I always used to watch LSU games at the Dark Horse. It’s on baseline close to 36. You might call the Westend and see if they will have it on. After the game you can go up to the rooftop and enjoy the unlimited natural scenery. And the mountains.

Boulder resident here. Stoney's in Denver is the best LSU crowd to watch the game with. If you don't want to drive to Denver, bars/restaurants with TVs in and around Boulder will let you change the channel -- there aren't too many true football fans around, so they don't care what's on.
Lucky Pie in Niwot is a pizza/Italian restaurant with a great bar and several TVs. Dillon (manager) is a Miami fan -- we had a bet over the game which we obviously won (he bought our dinner). They'll have the game on for sure. Niwot is a 15-minute drive from Boulder, and it's a beautiful and friendly town with great views of the Continental Divide. There are a couple of coffee shops, brew pubs and a pot dispensary within walking distance, if you're so inclined.
Enjoy your time in our great state!

Unfortunately, due to "growth", they put a building up between the West End rooftop and the mountains. Now all you see up there is the side of a building.

It is a great state. I'm near Fort Collins. Still in shock that the Hogs blew it, sat.
You familiar with the Rockies may already know, but Trevor Story was headed to LSU until he signed. Texas didn't have room, evidently. The Rocky announcers love LeMahieu and always talk about LSU. Catch a Rockies game.

If you are Boulder, blow off the game and get outside. I’m a huge LSU fan but if I’m in Boulder, my old arse is hiking or biking somewhere.

I live in Boulder, too. If you are staying near downtown there is the Lazy Dog on Pearl St. and the Attic on Walnut that have multiple TV's and some good chow. As mentioned earlier get out after the game and do some hiking.
