"Lady" Tigers = don't care.

Wouldn't even exist except for NCAA title IX.

Have a down vote.

Perhaps. But there are an inordinate amount of posters lamenting said program when they lose. I think this fellow's point is like most "negatigers" when an LSU team wins they are silent laying in bed with their Nick Saban hand puppet.

I thought it was Hugh Freeze that coached girl's basketball, not Nick Saban?

Yes…that is the fella's point exactly.

I am not saying last night's win will turn the program around or be the saving grace for all that might be wrong…but damn, give a little credit. The star player is back, the team is fired up, and they have played very well the last 3 games. The coach should get a little credit for taking what she does have and making it work against a very good team who had not lost at home.

Thanks for the down vote. Coming from someone with such an ignorant post, that is a compliment.

Dear God I hope you don't have/ever have a daughter.

Well that sure was one rough looking woman, she looks like she could have played "lady" sports herself.

For the record, I have always been a fan of ending women's suffrage.

No. She committed to Baylor a few weeks ago.

The bar sure has been lowered since all those consecutive final four appearances.

I'm still looking for SECMAN12. Where'd he go?
Why isn't he here to let us know that Nikki can't coach and that she had a baby out of wedlock?

This isn't men's basketball or football. There is nowhere near the parity in WBB. Making the Sweet 16 out as an accomplishment illustrates the decline.

They are short in talent. You see how even one players like Ballard makes a difference.

The fact you are this excited about a win tells me all I need to know about the state of Lady Tiger basketball at the moment.

Uh............that "one player" was a preseason all SEC guard. So, yea...............I'd expect her to make a difference.

People were excited about the men's win at Ole Miss a couple of nights ago. What does that tell us about the state of LSU men's basketball?

9-8 in year 4, nice win and the win over Vandy was good too...if they can keep winning great but the facts are

9-8 in year 4 of NC
RPI 80-90 depending on which service
this was thier first win over a top 50 RPI team in last 7...1-7 last 8 games
last year was the first sub .500 sec record in 17 years
we are 3-2 in sec so far and not likley to make ncaa's for 2nd time in 20 years
NC is still NC, arrogant, at times lazy and mostly disliked in the AD building for these reasons...if she wins big who cares, shes not..and has yet to..in yr 4

Now, credit is due for the solid win, but when they finish below .500 in sec this year again...AND next and miss ncaa's both years, where will you be..

if Im worng Ill be right here saying I was wrong
and in any case, as always I will support the team and go to most home games and keep my season tickets
but NC is IMHO taking the program to new lows in many ways..most importantly on the court..UALR, 3 of 4 losses to Tulane, etc
one win is one win
