Wake is #2 behind Morris's walk off. That team was unbelievable. The play by Tre in the 8th was flat out legendary.

I say top 5,

Morris Walk off and Cresse Walkoffs are 1 and 2 in my mind because they won it all.

in no order

White walkoff HR
Walker walkoff vs LBST
Jones walkoff single vs Arkansas.

While other championship games were great, none had the drama of the above games.

The tale of 2 programs:

This game isn't even in our top 5 all time games, maybe not top10.

That game isn't even Arkansas' worst collapse of all time.

It's like the Yankees and the Red Sox.

Pretty high I think.

LSU scored every run with 2 outs. Scored 2 to tie in 8th and 9th against a SEC rival to go to the finals. They said Arky is 0-5 or 0-6 vs LSU in Omaha.

Who knows. Notch it into the long line of record book magical games in Omaha LSU has through history. It's just another notch in the belt for a proud program that seems to make it routine.

To tell the truth, probably depends on how the season ends.

Victory sends it into legend status,

Less than that? What did it matter?

It reminded me, almost exactly, of 1993 vs LBSU in terms of scenario. Only difference is LBSU didn't kick the ball around as much. A little help from the Hogs to seal the deal.

Great game. Once Curial was on, it felt like we had a chance.

Stanford 2000 is #2.

Walk off, two incredible defensive plays by Ray Wright.

It wasn't too far behind the Wake Forest CWS game 2 years ago.

Better than wake because it’s Arkansas and they just threw a no-no

As is your right, but any chance to eliminate arkansas is pretty sweet

Yeah, this is an easy #2 simply due to being the last play of the season.

The Tre Morgan play is up there with Wright but Im a little drunk and something something recency bias.

Another forgotten game that was unbelievable was the Super Regional comeback against UCIrvine when Jared Mitchell and Blake Dean were playing maybe it was 2007? Not at top 3 or 5 for me but it was an amazing game and comeback.

There's only a handful of games you care about or not,

Wont matter unless they win it all. Double dipping Oregon State in 17 is an after thought and had lsu won it all in 17 those games would be all time greats

Cresse had a walk off hit for a national title so I don’t get how that wouldn’t be number 2. We have so many great wins it’s hard to rank them. Pat Garrity hit in college station to make CWS. Our pitcher in sec tourney doubling off the fence. TW walk off against Long Beach hell we had so many over the years you forget a lot of them. This one is one of the tops bc it’s the most recent lol

Definitely top 10 that I can remember as far as gravity of the game. As well as having 2 players with ? about their game being the ones to come through in the clutch. Cowan did what he needed to do and so did Bear.
