I talked with college world series office in omaha yesterday and they said you can not trust the existing bracket about which teams play on Friday vs Saturday. Will only know that after teams are announced.
Don't know why NCAA / ESPN make it so difficult for fans to make plans.

This doesn’t make any sense.
It’s a tournament with a bracket. We are on the side of the bracket with the #1 (wake), 4 (tenn/usm) and 8 (Stanford/Texas).
Which day we play is one thing but not to trust the bracket to determine which group of teams we will be with? What?

Brackets set, I just think they will switch the times. Right now the printable version shows fridays for bracket 1.

I meant to say that we can not trust which day the brackets are set to play. This is what I was told. She said they switched the days last year. I did not say you could not trust the brackets for who plays one another.

They will announce once all games are played; two games tonight so I would expected Tuesday am announcement.

But
If LSU wanted to truly give themselves the best chance to win the CWS, starting Hurd in Game 1 would be epic (if they'd win, of course).
You'd have Skenes in Game 2 and almost assure 2-0 in Omaha.
