You have 75+ downvotes because people are scared of change. Get over it everyone, the uniforms will change, they have been since the founding of LSU football.

I'm down for cool alternate uniforms that we wear like once every other season. Sort of like when we are selected to wear the Nike Pro Combat unis.
Purple or white helmets look pretty cool, as long as they are the same exact style that we wear now, just a different color scheme.

Oregon has been much been bought and paid for by Nike, and I mean the whole university, not just the football team. So I guess he can play dress up with their players and tell their university president what do, since he does own them. But I'll be damned if we let him do the same to us without so much as buying us dinner first.

I know, and what about changing up the colors? Purple and yellow? wtf? Why not go with a Duck Commander camo? That would be badass!
And what about the mascot? I mean "Tigers" is just so tired. Why not something sexy and exciting like the Fighting Gigolos? We could change the name of the stadium to "The Crib". That would ROCK!
Come to think of it, "LSU" is so old, it's been worn out. Why not change the letters around a little bit and start calling ourselves ULS?
And Baton Rouge? That's got no panache. We should move the team to somewhere fun, like Vegas!
I'm all for change for the sake of change, anything old is just stale and needs to be updated. It would be like cheering for a whole nother team...
