Does LSU pressure Ensminger to retire or step down as OC for Joe Brady?

Just my prediction/opinion: Depending on the contract Brady get, he might do like Aranda and stick for a few years. And when he starts getting offers to good to pass up Ensminger will hand the keys to Brady and Ensminger sticks around as a consultant.

My 2 cents

I think Ensminger just wants what's best for LSU, and I don't think he wanted the pressure of being OC in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if at the end of the season Brady is promoted to OC with Ensminger moving into an administrative position (shadow staff).

Agree with you. LSU will make it worth his while to stay. Ensminger will make it all work out also, look how all of this is working now.

Keep in mind we got a awesome AD, he will stay on top of it as well.

Apparently Kirby is flashing around a signed Brady contract to recruits so this might be a moot point.

He's sure been OC for a long time for someone who doesn't want to be OC. Success changes people.

Besides Miami, which programs have offense of coordinator positions open?

Brady has to answer these questions:
Is it an OC position with full control?
Is it a program that has the potential to be successful?
Is it “can’t pass up“ money?
Will his stock be any higher after next year?

Miami’s Diaz has to make the perfect hire because his job is on the line. Brady is from South Florida. Can the Canes return to glory? Are they willing to pay the money?

As for Brady’s stock, unless Brennan lights it up next year, Joe’s stock won’t rise higher.

I don’t think he’ll get an offer that LSU can’t match without or without a new title.

Pics or it doesn’t exist! Don’t say it if you can’t back it up!

Said this a month ago. More likely than not Brady is the new OC after LSU’s last game this season.

Keep in mind Joe won the national assistant coach of the year so he got ALL of
recognition on the planet. I believe he is promoted to co- OC, gets a $1.75 m salary, will take over as full OC after next season, and Coach E goes back to position coach. Keep in mind Brady is learning the organizational, administrative, play calling, personnel and overall job of OC and future HC. Stay here for 2 more years and get his masters and PHD, then become a HC.

Miami can not pay what LSU can afford to pay. Miami average attendance is a little over 53,800 and their tickets are around $22.00. They do not have a stadium and their facilities are poor. Most Miami residents would like to move out of South Florida.

It's a joke. Was some garbage rumor floating around the RB.

Figured everyone knew about it.
