Being annoyed with the coach does not equate to hating the school. Some of y'all are getting carried away with this.

Where do get that from? Nobody hates the school, or the players. We all love the Tigers.

And because we do, we won't stand for mediocrity. Sometimes in life, short term pain is required to try to force change, for the long term good.

If they did you would barely have a program.

I won't be traveling to many games this year. I think just 1 or two. I'll probably watch the games as I look forward to LSU football all year but I am not enthusiastic at all about this year. I feel bad for the players. They committed to a farce.

hen the season is over, I will evaluate where I think LSU Football is.

In your opinion should miles stick with Harris or give telling/Scott a chance. I know a lot of yesterday could be laid at the feet of the OL but the last play was all Harris scaried and I believe he is afraid to take a hit. I think he panicked and he just let it rip be damned where or who got the ball.

The fans are over being pissed. It is way beyond pissed. I don't even think the fans would be pissed with a few losses. It is more to do with the product we are being forced fed. The product is not good.

LSU is bigger than Miles. It's not about him. I'm going to the games to support the players, the team and the school. LSU was around long before Miles, Alleva or Alexander. They'll all leave one day, and LSU will still be here.

My silver lining here is I was planning on buying season tickets next year when I graduate and I was worried I'd either get shite seats or not be able to at all. That shouldn't be too difficult now.

From the title of the thread.

ETA: OP edited but didn't change the title, my mistake.

I agree with something needs to happen with Miles and people are fed up with mediocrity. I'm right there in that crowd.

Done. But look, LSU will be just fine without Miles.

I agree with this. This is also why we deserve more. Les is good for some things in the program. No one will ever convince me he is an elite coach.

After the I went to the bowl game vs Notre Dame in 2014, I decided I wouldnt spend any more money on going to LSU football games while Miles is coach.

I mean, Ill root for them all day and always want LSU to win, but Im not going to spend my time AND money on this product.

I will never call it quits with LSU.

I called it quits with Les, Cam and Peveto a long time ago. Alleva too.

If these people saying they support the school realy did then they would not allow AD'S, coaches, and Presidents to take the program down. That is what bad programs do.

I can tell by the way you post (not just this thread but in general), that you are pretty young. You need to understand, its ok to hate the coach, and to be let down by the team, but real fans love their school no matter what.

Ups and downs are part of being a fan. Dont be some bandwagon bitch

You can support a school and be let down by the coach. However, being let down by the coach for 5 years is not the coach my friend. It is the people pulling the strings in the school at that point.

It's getting to the point where if they are going to be NC contenders, at least have some fun with these electrifying athletes that choose to play for us. This offense is boring to watch, plain and simple.

So what, if you lose one game you don't expect to because you have a less conservative offense?? Guess what, the risks you take with these athletes showing confidence in them by opening up the playbook would likely pay the coach back with more than one unexpected win = profit.

This conservative risk aversion football shite is for the birds: it's supposed to be ENTERTAINING, not grueling to watch and suffer thru. These men want to play football---
