So you started a thread asking what is he up to and then throw out the killing 2 people later in the thread? Why not lead with that?

Because a thread title on the Rant seems like a bridge too far. Burying it in the replies is the least I could do to help protect a former Tiger. He may not need my protection, though. Seems like the system got this.
Granted this is all hearsay per a source in the BRPD.

so you ask what he is up to then post this with no link or proof?
That's the beauty of it. He was allowed to leave the scene and then the hospital without being arrested, so there's nothing to link.

Way to start a character assassination thread on hearsay. U is a-hole.

Maybe the media blackout will continue and he never gets arrested so he can sue me.
The whole thing has me wondering why someone on BRPD lied to me. Maybe they had an ax to grind, who knows.

Well media blackout is over

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Multiple sources confirmed to the WAFB I-Team that former NFL and LSU running back Richard Murphy was driving the Ford F-250 involved in a deadly two-vehicle crash in downtown Baton Rouge earlier this month.

At the time of the crash, police said the driver of the Ford F-250 was driving erratically and at a high rate of speed before running a red light, according to a news release.

but I'm hearing he killed 2 people and put another in critical condition the Sunday before last.
You got a link?

I just came here to post that link. When I read the article I thought it was strange that I just saw a random thread on the rant about him. Now I see it was not a coincidence

Csb he was in my bio class in 2009. I got up after class to leave and left my phone in my chair. He alerted me and handed it to me.
Would've been such a funnier story if he had stolen it instead of giving it back to you

Nakamoto reads the rant and reached out to verify.

Pretty weird how you framed this thread. What are you looking to get out of this. Sounds like you know what’s going on with his situation and oddly like the anonymous attention. Or you’re closer to the situation than you’re leading on.

In the market for a new Ford maybe.

An article about it, which I got. I'd also like to know why a guy with a warrant outstanding who was driving at a high rate of speed, obviously intoxicated and who had just run a red light and killed two people was allowed to go home without charges. If Nakamoto really wants to do his job, he'll find that out as well.
The reason I didn't put it in the title was to see if anyone else knew what was going on or if it was completely hush-hush.
Basically, I'm trying to figure out wtf is going on, because none of it makes sense.

How about a socially awkward dork then?
Does that work better?
