39These Tiger baseball players are missing something from a mental standpoint that Skip Bertman was able to connect with and get a desired result from. This showed against Arkansas today and I fear it will show up again in the quest for Omaha. Geaux Tigers

So many times recently, LSU has had runners in scoring positions with 0 or 1 outs, and the hitters failed to put the ball in play, which, quite often would have scored a run and moved runners up. LSU has failed to do that recently and that alone must change....take runs when just putting a ball in play produces.
