What’s a play that still sticks in the back of your mind?
Posted by MasterAbe1

I still think about the Deangelo Peterson reverse against Bama in 2010. It was frustrating watching a Les Miles offense 95% of the time, but that was such a fun game to watch.

For some reason the TD pass that Burrow zipped to Jefferson against Ok in playoff game while rolling to his right from 40 somewhat yards out. Dropped an absolute dime and made it look effortless. Not a game changer or huge play but impressive.

I think about the Patrick Peterson Bama interception occasionally.
Still fricking pisses me off.

There was a play in the Oklahoma playoff game where burrow was almost sacked. In the middle of this play the Oklahoma fans around us were getting excited yelling “get him!”. Then burrow throws it down field and has like a 30 yard completion. The comments from the Oklahoma fans were hilarious!

All Time
Burrow to Jefferson, SEC CG
Good
Chad Jones swat in 2009 at MSU
Chad Jones hit in 2009 v. Ark
Charles Scott TD in 2009 at UGA
Tracy Walk off Aubun 2018
Honey Badger strip and score Oregon and UK
Weird
Ole Miss Spike with :01
Tenn extra :01
Bad
Yeldon Screen 2012
Clemson walk off 2012
Etling TD that wasn't 2016 Auburn
For context, 2009 was my freshman year and when I really got into LSU football.

Herby: “The first 12 plays of this drive all runs.”
Fowler: “the 13th is gonna be a run too (laughs)........NO!”
Touchdown Logan Stokes.

Also, watching Eli Manning falling over his own feet to lose the game in 2003. Also at that game…. Great memories…

2007 national champ game when Ohio St was up 10-0. Crowton call a few great plays that game going to the tightend. Ohio State did not have an answer for both plays to the tightend as TE was wide open in the end zone. Beating Ohio State was so great as their fans were so confident that they would surely beat a 2 loss LSU. The tigers 2 losses were both overtime games. LSU finished the season with the Natty and had beaten a handful of top 15 teams and were clearly the best team in the country.

All of this. Best part is I was with my best friend who was an Auburn fan and his dad who was an Auburn alum. His dad basically never drank but he got drunk as frick when we got back to the tailgate and started going on rants saying Tubs should be fired

Side note, the 2nd most memorable play from that night was a negative play. The one where Lafell had a catch but then bobbled it straight into the defenders hands for a pick.

Meaningless play but, I’ll never forget OBJ grabbing the ball out of the air with one hand on a kickoff against UGA in 2013.
