Born in 1966. Remember listening to games on am radio. First game I remember listening to on the radio was season-opening tie with Nebraska 6-6 in 1976, my oldest brother's freshman year at LSU.
First game i went to in person was 2 weeks later vs Rice. Terry Robiskie ran a lot and LSU won 31-0.
In 1985 I stepped foot on the field for the first time as a member of TGBFTL!

1981 I got into LSU basketball when they went on a ride to the Final Four. Been a fan ever since, but really started following football in 82.

Moved to Louisiana in 1981 when I was 11. I paid attention somewhat to LSU immediately. Alan Risher was the first player I remember and Jerry Stovall was the first coach. I loved listening to Tiger Tracks with Jim Nasium on WFMF out of Baton Rouge (I lived in New Iberia). I started at LSU in 1988 and didn't become a full-time fan until then though.

The Hall of Fame bowl loss against Syracuse. We were all watching the game while having New Year's Dinner at my grandma's house. I think that was '88.
I was 7, and even though we lost, I was hooked with all the adults screaming at the TV.
And that's what is so cool for me. My first game paying attention to, we lost. And then we sucked till '95. shite, the Dinardo years were awesome for me.
Amazing where we are now during my life.

Always wore LSU gear as a child/kid in Vidalia... but i guess around age 11 I became a true fan. An awareness of what LSU meant and the gravity of Purple & Gold hitting the heart. Knowing the players, listening to every game.
My first LSU game was that same year (1979), road trip to Jackson with family and friends to see a close win over Ole Piss.
First LSU game in TS was the following year against most hated Ole Piss. A blowout win and an a TS experience that cemented LSU forever.
Enrolled as a student in 1986 and have attended at least one home game every year since then (which was rather difficult at times during a U.S. Navy career).

Same exact game for me. First time in Tiger stadium with my son and his 10 year old friend. My wife got the tickets and bowed out. Haven't been the same since, lol.

Born in 1970, raised a Tiger Fan, remember 1st game in Tiger Stadium, LSU vs Wake Forest 1978, sat in the North End Zone in Box Seats above the tunnel. First Big Game I remember attending LSU vs FLA State, 1982 LSU 55 Fla State 21, we threw Oranges on the Field. That game sold me!

1997
I was at the game when we beat Florida and I even had the grass from mid feild in a cup up until a few years ago when my mom through it away
My dad was a high school footall coach so we got in for free and set in the north endzone.

1961 LSU vs Ole Piss. LSU wins 10-7 in what Pepsodent Paul (showing my age) said was a game better than Halloween night. My dad made me keep the ticket stub-still have it!

1969 is when I started going regularly. Didn't realize how special it was at that time until the 80's. It's finally come full circle again :)
