Don't remember the team as I was only a young lad, but 1954 with my Dad and all I remember was the cheering, yelling and having the best of times.....I've bled purple and gold since birth in the late 40's...

Mississippi State in either '97 or '98. Don't remember. Sat on the 30 yardline with my dad and brother. We beat the $hit out of them something like 40something - 0 I think. I've been hooked ever since!

My first game at Tiger Stadium was in the late forties - against NC, I think.

THey had Choo-Choo Justice as their main running back and I was inthralled with the name

That was 1949, your first game in TS was a few weeks before my first one. I attended the LSU vs. Southeastern game later that season. My dad was a big LSU fan having attended in the 30s, but in 49 was at Southeastern on the GI bill. We drove over that day, saw Mike and the Indian Mounds - I fell in love with LSU and have maintained that love affair to this date.

LSU 40
#9 Washington 14

My first and only game with my Dad.
Even though it was early fall, for some reason I remember it being kinda cold that night.
