Joe only had 10 P5 offers coming out of HS. That is a mystery in itself because he was a Top 10 QB prospect. I can name 100 coaches who dropped the ball not offering Burrow out of high school. Frost fricked up when he knew Burrow was interested in transferring to Nebreaska and had just been beaten out in a close competition by a QB that would eventualy be a Top 15 pick.

There is an old saying, you can’t see the forest because of the trees. No where is that more applicable than with football coaches. And he did not fit the image of a QB at Ohio State …….

Joe improved greatly during the 2018 season, people giving Urban too much credit. When he was at OSU, his arm strength probably didn't get him much attention. He's improved on that tremendously.
