No, and it's a sure bet that, had he returned, he would have won every nearly every award for which an OG was eligible. Today, he might be regarded as the OL version of Dorsey. However, if you ask him, he'll probably have 3 or 4 million reason$ why he doesn't regret the decision to leave a year early.

Dorsey is really the only other player who was won significant national awards. Have to put YA Tittle since he did well and is in the NFL Hall. I'm down with Bert Jones and Tommy Casanova as well
