I'm not choosing sides. I'm hoping both are absolute studs.

utter and complete nonsense. Very, very few people care about skin color anymore. We're several generations removed from that nonsense.

I just want the QB that will help us win. Whether it's a Flynn, Davie, Russell, Mett, etc. Just move the ball, score points, and win. I don't care about any demographic factors.

You race-baiters are always looking to divide us. The vast majority of us live, work, and play together in peace. Go peddle your divisiveness elsewhere.

Pretty simple really.

49.5% of the rant hear "mobile QB" and automatically think the kid is the next coming of Michael Vick.

Another 49.5% hear "pocket passer" and think the kid is the next coming of Peyton Manning.

In summary, 99% of the rant have no idea what they're talking about.

And you do??

it's a buncha trash who want their respective race to be repped.

hodson is my all time favorite lsu player because of my age when he was playing at lsu, but i'm not gonna act like he could hold davey's jock strap even if it were super glued to his balls.

lsu has a fan base divided on race among poor, trashy mfers. will always be this way.

the trailer park and the hood, same mfin thing. same mfin people.

There are many on the rant that are all in anyone black. Same for some against anyone black. Come on, you know there are several posters in every thread always crowing about how Scott never got a chance, ln is the greatest, etc...they flat out claim racism on Scott.

Couldn't hold his jock strap? Lol...I doubt he would want to for one, and secondly that's not true.

that's the oldest of the fanatical arguments, just behind hating the play caller, head coach, concessions, seating size , band music, piped in music, AD, attendance, live mascot..... its just in our nature to find the flaw in something no matter how trivial it is.

I will say this. The coaches saw them both and made a decision. In addition, other observers have seen them both practice and they confirm the coaches decision.

I have a better question. How can anyone have such a strong belief in Narcisse when he hasn't played hardly at all in 3 years?

I am perfectly willing to let the coaches decision be the finsl answer.

You got me.

I don't have confidence in either of them until one of them proves they're up for the job. I don't know why anyone would approach discussing this any other way.

Better question. Why do so many assume that by arguing in favor of something means you are “taking sides”. Or arguing against something means “bashing” or “hate”?

Brennan was the back up last year so it’s natural to assume he’d be the starter. Also Narcisse had 2 major injuries and hasn’t played much over the last 3 years so it should be understandable why some favor Brennan.

On the other hand Brennan couldn’t beat out Etling and Narcisse brings different skills plus he’s a in state guy so it’s easy to see why some favor him

It's a Louisiana thing.

You won't understand it if you haven't lived there for at least 30 years.

Myles because he came in and did ok with limited reps. He handled pressure well and has a good arm quick release and good accuracy. And by most accounts Myles is waaaaay ahead of Lowell to this point. LN may come
On strong with another camp season but I don’t believe he will overtake Myles. He may get some packages and if Myles struggles who knows but Myles will start game 1 vs Miami if I were betting on it.
