What makes anyone believe we'll be better next year?

I heard all of the "we are young, Les "deserves" another year.

Exactly what area of this weak offense and weak defense do you expect to majically get better next year? So many weak spots, coached by out of place coaches, and led by Les.

I see 3 losses minimum.

I always look the depth chart and get excited for the coming year. Done with that crap. 3 losses and we keep rolling.

general logic says we are losing toooo many players (or most likely wont) yes the ones we are losing are big time contributors but we have a lot of young talent that has some exp under their belts now.

success really comes down to how the QB play will be. If its BH again and he looks like he did this year then a 3 loss season is most likely what will happen.

If he progresses a lot or its someone else we could make a run for the NC.

What's so weird is that for the last 5 years Ive always been the guy saying that we have a shot and that our talent will prevail. Ive always been the optimistic one in our group, and now I have zero faith that this team can be anything more than a middle of the road at best SEC team. I love smashmouth football and I love defense and I was proud of the way our team looked in 2011 and throughout much of Miles' tenure because I really like old school football, but I really dont think have a shot as long as he is the coach now. We have no life. No heartbeat. It's a shame with the assets available, the money spent on this program and on it's coaches, the recruiting area in which we live and all we can hope for is a 3 loss team.

we lose players early in their junior years because most of the time there is zero incentive for them to stay for their senior year. Their draft position has already been determined and especially on offense you most likely will not have a chance to improve draft position on a les miles coached team. Thats why we see our players develop more in the pros because they get better coaching.

No problem. Next one will be " does that dick Choctaw carry one of those Wal-Mart plastic badges thinking we actually care about his policing of posts"

GFY and quit reading and posting if it bothers you. Problem solved, deputy.

We could always drown ourselves everyday in your misery, but I'll choose to be hopeful.
It's a crap shoot every year. There are no guarantees.

What I won't do is start thread after thread or post anti Miles bullshite in every other thread because I'm butthurt I didnt get what I want.

This is making these boards depressing. It's not getting Miles fired.
If it would he'd be gone now.

We get it. You're mad. Stop messing up the boards for everyone else.

Well ideally the young players get more experience, our schedule is easier, etc. But I really don't see Harris being much better and there's no reason to expect the offense to be any better/different

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

3 losses is the norm and therefore don't expect anything to be different (you betcha; have a want to improve, etc.)

It doesn't matter what our record is. Les and ESPN will let us know when he's done. He's a nice guy so that trumps all. #Les>LSU
