This has been a frustrating year and we've been inconsistent however--

This has got to be the toughest schedule we've had in a long while. Right?

And we're still a top 10-15 team.

The SEC has been weak overall this year. Last year we had several teams hosting.

This year it may only be Florida.

Yes - LSU is #2 in nation with wins over Top 50 RPI teams. Big item with selection committee.

5 teams in the top 17 of RPI and only 1 will host one of the 16 regionals?

Thanks for outing yourself as one mother fricker that doesn't know shite about college baseball. Saying stupid shite like that really helps us sort through the bad apples.

The only problem with that tough schedule is losing to all the in-state Louisiana schools!

Honestly I wouldn't say the sec is weak so much as they don't have any truly dominant teams this year. There are a bunch of pretty good teams but none I would consider great. Wouldn't be surprised to see some higher seeded sec teams upset while some lower seeded teams pull off major upsets. I'd predict sec ends up with at least a few teams in Omaha. Will be interesting to re-predict once teams actually get seeded

Playing the three Texas teams in a neutral site, should help us in the postseason theoretically. They are all in the top 16 of RPI. Maybe we flip the script this year.

Honestly the worst two are to UNO... they only get in if they win the Southland tournament, so their LSU wins aren't really helping them

Tulane is almost at that point too. They need to win the American tournament

True as a doorknob. Go to d1baseball.com and click on RPI. Boom.
