I thought that was for a start of a game but we had until 11:59 pm to resume a game.
I see all sorts of tweets saying the game must resume by 11:00 as well, but who knows if those are accurate.

I’m pretty sure that rule is only for a game starting from the beginning. Cauble tweeted 30 minutes ago about no clarification on a restart
