that's the difference between fair-weather fans and good ones. i support my tigers regardless of coach or record. bitching solves nothing because u guys really have no clue what's going on behind the scenes. if you dont know, then you presume nothing is going on. u guys act like spoiled children.

If you don't like the way LSU football performs, choose another team. If your favorite college football team is nothing more than a "product" to you, then why would you bother remaining with a team when there are better products out there?
You're acting like someone who keeps drinking Pepsi and constantly bitching about how it should taste more like Coke. If you prefer the product Coke puts out, then switch to Coke.

I don't like the 5 losses either but bitching non-stop solves nothing. do us a favor and don't go to the games if the team doesn't live up to your expectations. who's beeing "complacent" when a change could come after the bowl game? you have no idea what Les is going to do and he certainly doesn't have to tell you.

We get to talk to Les tomorrow, there's the official bowl presser with the bowl president in town tomorrow afternoon. I doubt we learn much, but it's our first chance to talk to Les on camera since Arky.

I never told anybody not to express their opinions, whether I agree with them or not. I simply expressed my opinion that people who choose to be a fan of something and then obsessively bitch and maintain as high a state of negativity as possible are foolishly self-destructive. A rational, reasonable person who found themselves in a situation where their feelings were as negative towards something as the feelings the original poster expressed towards LSU football would simply choose something else of which to become a "fan." Why this should be taken by someone else as an affront is mystifying, since I never even said his opinion should not be expressed. In fact, I was suggesting that he not only express that opinion, but actually act upon it.
