i actually like it, because it seems to fuel him even more. maybe he needs to trash talk to get the juices flowing. i don't even ever think it's anything personal. it's who he is.

I think he may be the best defensive football player LSU has had this decade, but I hate all the trash talking.

It was escalating to a bad point to where LSU players were trash talking WVU while they were on their sideline. The just a recipe for disaster for someone getting cheap shotted. It's nice to get in their head but it was taken to far tonight.

Hate it. I could totally see us getting burned for a penalty at the worst possible time because of that stupid crap.

I hate trash talking, but WVU looked to be doing a little bit of their own to start the game...and you just can't help but love Mathieu's passion for the game....

No actually he can not do all he wants. If, I mean WHEN he gets flagged for it he will probably ride the bench for a quarter like Mo did for his penalty.(although what Mo did was different.)

Those WV WRs were definetely not helping either. On one of those long plays they had, the guy deliberately followed Mathieu after the play and got in his face

It can be considered as taunting especially when you follow a player around talking trash to him then standing over the top of him and talking to him. If the refs wanted to they can crack down on this.
