Broiled red snapper in a butter, etc sauce, topped with crawfish étouffée with Italian green beans and lyonese potatoes. Washed down with a nice Cab.

BBQ bacon wrapped venison poppers, couple of roasts, sausage, backstrap, .....and chicken, NY Strips, baked beans for the less adventurous eaters.
