What I hope to See in Week 2

For me its simple:
Killer Instinct
We are the better team yet we still execute crisply and play with a purpose. In years past we play down to lesser teams. I dont think that will happen this year. I know its only one game but i honestly think we have the best group of coaches in the country. Its been a while since I could say that.
What are you hoping to see in week 2?........besides a short side option.

I want to see us dominate early then let a lot of young guys get some serious PT so they are more ready to play in conference.
Id like the see Jennings get to run the full offense for at least a quarter of play along with others.
from the starters Id like to see that things have been cleaned up. no stupid penalties or blown assignments

I want the game to be finished at halftime

I want to see 30 points in the first half, Anthony Jennings in the third quarter, and Stephen Rivers in the fourth. I wan't to see Jeremy Hill toting the rock in the second half. I want to see killer instinct. I want to see pain. I wan't to see a shut out.
I want to see 56-0
I want to see 56-0

Linebackers play a dominant game. They were the weak link last weekend.

Agree with this and was some what shocked given the chiefs LB history of development. I think it will get better.

I want to see Mettenberger throw for 3+ TDs. Followed by Jennings coming in.

Well, here is what I hope to see going forward, though Auburn is the next legitimate opponent:
(1) Fewer mental errors. TCU scored 24 points on Saturday as a result of avoidable mistakes: missed lane assigments (KO TD), bad exchange (fumble TD), needless personal foul on third down (sustained drive TD), shanked punt + muffed fumble recovery (FG);
(2) Better inside running. This may occur simply as a product of Hill's return;
(3) Better Red Zone efficiency;
(4) Better defense, especially against mobile QB's. The DE's lost contain repeatedly, the LB's looked uncertain, and the entire defense looks one rachet slower than the previous two versions.
Overall, item four concerns me the most. The others can be easily corrected.

This is almost verbatim what I came here to post.

1. a check down option for the runningback
against the blitz
2. drag routes
3. pass attempts on 1st down
4. pass attempts on 2nd down
5. run the ball more out the spread
6. run the spread more on 1st down instead

I want to see Mett go 12 for 12 and then have Jennings come in and play so damn awesome that we have another Rant QB controversy!
