What has CEO not done to get us ready for 2018

First off he fired Canada and hired SE to run his offense. You can't make judgment on this issue until you see the results but the man did as all Head Coaches do - replace what they see broke. He hired Canada and after not seeing what he wanted he replaced him. You might not like the SE hire but only time will tell.
OL-After one year it seems our OL has the numbers now. Depth at all positions with the main concern being the center position.
WR - depth and talent
TE - can't wait to see these guys
RB - solid - not 5 star level but solid
QB - Joe coming to LSU was a gift - we need better QBs coming in more often but seems to headed up
DL - could be the strength of the team
LBer - could be the strength of the team
DB's - might not have the Big shining stars but we have solid numbers and talent
ST - this is the unit to watch - we shall see
Staff in place
I think this might be the toughest schedule in the country - we will earn what we get
Media picking us to lose 5 to 6 games
Pre-season top 10 is always a joke - the season will prove it out by W or L
can't wait for the ban bets to go in force after we open up 3-0

Only winning will make O your head coach for me he has won me over by doing what he said he was going to do. Pulling the team together to beat the Gators on the road and a top Auburn team was a good start also. The early failures at MSU and at home against mighty Troy was tough.
I would take CEO right now with what I have seen over 90% of the coaches in the country.
I love the way he has pulled this staff together and I know the team is getting ready to play with one heart beat!
As you laugh him off some of you are blind to what he is doing daily to get this team ready for Miami - it will all come down to winning. He wins you will have to learn to live with him or become Tulane fans.

I don’t really like him strong arming SE into being the coordinator after 2 years of him turning the position down. Now if the offense fails guess who gets majority of the blame and threats of gettin run out of town? Steve Ensminger

If you want to sunshine pump that’s fine but to act like O has done a great job and is setting LSU up to be a success is a joke. He’s building a staff of yes men and a roster full of transfers.

I know - I catch it in my on family - the more I really listen to O after understanding what he is saying I love it. He is sold on LSU and being home and I get that 100%. That being said we will never have another home boy coaching and I love that. There is no one on the planet that I want to coach LSU and beat Nick!
I can't say I know anything and I say that knowing you guys will paste that (I can't say I know anything) and run with it. What I am really saying is that I am pulling for this Louisiana man to be a winner at LSU. It goes against the odds - I don't care!

The QB position was a joke under Miles and the TOP QB's are not coming to LSU these days. You want CEO to fix this in one year. Right now we have 3 - 4 star QB's on the team.

This explains everything about why you continue to prop up Coach O. I have no problem with that, but it seems to me that you're blurring the lines between wanting him to win and him doing a good job.

Canada's offensive style was out there for all to see on YouTube. Maybe Orgeron should have vetted him better.

Who hired him?
What you fail to realize is that even if Canada was a shitty OC, a bad person and hurt O’s feelings- he was hand picked by O. The experiment blew up and we had to pony up another 1.5 mil buyout.

I agree with this but in the very beginning he pushed off his style and said he was a multiple offensive guy.
