What ever happened to some good, old fashioned country music in Tiger Stadium?

So much rap music these days. I don’t even understand the words but I’m pretty sure the concepts are often times vulgar. Why not play music people actually listen to to get fired up like Alan Jackson or George Straight?

Get rid of the “I’m from Louisiana” rap song. The song sucks. Play some Metallica.

Were you there Saturday? We play Louisiana when we kick off. When we're receiving a kick I heard Kick Start My Heart from Motley Crue, Crazy Train from Ozzy(Trick Daddy version another time), Enter Sandman from Metallica.

Love it or hate it, it's become pretty bad arse way to fire up the crowd for the 4th quarter. I love when they show the student section singing along. In that moment everyone is showing pride in LSU and Baton Rouge.
Solidarity is pretty awesome and powerful.
And It's better than Singing Phil Collins "In the Air", Tom Petty "Wont Back Down" or
jumping to House of Pain's "Jump Around".
