Why wouldn’t Brennan play the bowl game? We could start putting in Kelly’s offense over the break and hit the ground running in spring.
I’ve always heard coaches say how valuable the extra practice time is you get with bowl games but this year everyone’s acting like the practices and bowl are meaningless at a time when extra practices are more valuable than ever.

Brennan himself said he hasn’t practiced all year. He’s in no condition to play.

He’s got 3 weeks to get ready. He’d be as ready as anybody else on the team. None of these reasons have any merit. If he’s healthy Why would he not want to play ? And why would we not want him to , with no quarterback. It bothers me that everyone from the coaches to players to the fans (looking at you, Chicken) don’t care about winning a bowl game.

He hasn’t practiced or played since August and isn’t quite 100%. He talked about it on the radio. It would be idiotic for him to rush back to play in a bowl game that doesn’t matter. Being 6-7 or 7-6 is not as important as Brennan being ready to go in September

They are presently practicing Peetz’s offense not BK’s offense. Lotta good that would do MB or anybody else for next year.

Has anybody mentioned that Coach O/and or Nuss’ father put him in position to blew his redshirt year?

He is eligible. What LSU is trying to do is get a waiver so he can play a 5 game and not lose his redshirt. This shouldn't even be a issue. The rant says bowl are exhibition games and do not matter. If this is true and it is a exhibition then logic says he shouldn't lose his redshirt.
