I saw UCLA play this year at Arizona and I was not impressed, but it doesn't really matter because I think they just had a bad weekend. But I don't know much about UC Irvine. Anyone know anything about them?

They have Daniel Bibona and that's it.
A step down in talent from the team that came close to eliminating us in 08.

They .304 for the year, but have limited power. If LSU plays solid defense, with the big park I like LSU's chances. We have flyball pitchers who benefit from a speedy outfield, and benefit even more in the larger, PAC-10 parks.
They are a singles ball club, but slow. They stole 70 fewer bases than two years ago. Their ERA is .70 higher than two years back, from a 3.07 to about a 3.76.
I say LSU wins this. This ball team, this park, our Coach...Geaux Tigers!!!

Still have Pettis, Bergman and Bibona. We saw them in 08 at the old Box. Bibona was very good last year as well. Not sure about this year.
