These names give structure you idiot and it gives the players something they can wrap their heads around. He's also been recruiting during season, holding everyone to the same standards, he's their unquestionable leader, he has shortened practices, most importantly he has listened to the entire coaching staff and players wants/needs, gets everyone together to come up with game plans and is part of it, he actually listened to the fans when they make since for instance giving Guice the ball more and not replacing Danny Etling or even giving BH more reps. The guy knows what he's doing. Sounds to me that you're just trying your very best to make it sound like he does nothing but check out everyone's great weeks work from the sideline?
