I know this sounds crazy but our Oline has been bad all season in pass protection so I think it'll actually help Etling for the Bama game hear me out. He's been under instant pressure all season so he's used to this and it won't be a shock for him to be running for his life and the Bama pass rush will just be another game for Etling and that's going to play in our favor.

This will be BY FAR the best DLINE LSU has faced... I am not sure you have watched Bama at all this year...

Well, if we borrow their 2nd string O line we would have a better chance. Etling may get hurt in this game.

Our chance to beat Bama is the same as how they beat us. Stop the run. Neither QB is a great passer. If you sell out to stop the run you get more pressure in the backfield.

On offense we need a fullback if we have any chance of running out the backfield. We have to throw over the middle on short routes to keep their linebackers honest and we need a few big plays.

I expect to see all 3 QBs play and 2 of em in at the same time.

I believe in Canada as a game planner and with 2 weeks to do so I think we can pull it off. If you havent watched PSU play, they use Barkley as a reciever, wildcat QB and a running back. When 1 doesnt work they try the next. 2 weeks ago he had about 20 yard rushing at the half, but almost 100 recieving.

Of course if I had to bet money I would take bama and the over.

So happy you snow flakes not playing. Bama better than LSU? Sure are. Should the Tigers bow down in fear like some of you gutless posters? Nope. Prepare to win and welcome the opportunity to play the best

Sounds to me like you're the snowflake when the truth gets you riled up. Bama's back ups are better than our starters on both lines, sans maybe Arden Key.

Ok so what? Did not read my post as usual. Acknowledged Bama's better and said zero about who's lines are better. If your snow flake arse would take the time to comprehend what was stated you would realize the message is simple. LSU needs to not think like weak minded losers like you rather work hard and prepare to win no matter the odds as losers like you lay down and quit with no ability to envision success when no one gives you a chance

Our OL has been exposed for quite some time now. Nothing new.

Easier said than done. Kinda hard when then number 1 team in the nation has raped you for six straight years. We always hung in the games for most of those six years but Bama always came up with a big heartbreaker to put the game away at the end. They just completely mind frick you and leave you laying in your own blood.

to continue with that theme, somewhat...

I have in my head we're going to have to be risk takers, especially on 1st down.

If we're going to ever commit to saying frick it and putting as many people in routes as possible, this is the game.

Here's the only catch, Etling does suck at identifying routes an anticipating. He's going to have to be coached to throw to spots, and WRs are just going to have to do their job.

We aren't going out control the LoS. So let's commit to dominating the ground outside the box.

Single back sets, 1/3 of the time in for extra protection. Shotgun.

Do not care about HUNH or Spread. In fact spread would be a bad idea. Our OL can barely handle their splits now and that extra distance ain't going to change shite as far as time to QB.

We have a distinct advantage in size with our WRs (especially Sullivan and Stevens- yes, Stevens a WR for this game) vs their DBs. Saban uses his DBs masterfully, they are all over the place, blitzing, baiting, run support. Let's decide that for him and dictate that he doesn't have them as an option.

In a DL/LB vs 5 OL we're going to lose the battle most of the time. So lets take away his best weapon on D.
