I bet it’s likely to be a Marriucci bat that gets hot.

I can see it in Joberts eyes.
It's going to be a combination of 'can he do it', which he does have; and 'will he see pitches'.
I don't expect teams will pitch to Crews, White, or even Morgan or Travinski. Crews and White are having monster years, Morgan has been known as a high % guy for a couple seasons now, and Travinski is going to be on everyone's cheat sheet of "do NOT look at season totals. This is a monster, do not pitch to him".
Jobert, on the other hand, will be under the radar. He's a part-time starter, we've bitched a lot about him, and it seems like we keep trying to replace him on the field. But despite all that, he has a serious bat, and can hit it out of any park. You figure he's going to be around 6 or 7 in the lineup, with guys on in front of him, and he should get some chances.

Would love to see Jordan Thompson get hot! We're going to need the bottom of the lineup to produce for us if we're going to contend for the biggest prize.

Pearson is the guy who gets the offense into another gear when he’s going

I'm thinking Crews and Dugas both get hot this weekend.
IDK but that's what we need.

That's a lot to pitch around!

Lol. Only half the lineup.

You have a stretch in the lineup that will create a whole lot of stress, every time they come up. That's going to be mental stress too, as you try not to get slapped around. I'm not saying they will walk everyone, but the pitcher will:
be aware that Morgan can get a hit on any strike and some balls, he will be careful pitching to him.
know Crews can hit a double on anything near the plate, again they will paint a lot.
White and Travinski can send things into orbit. White with lower pitches, Travinski if you leave a fastball too much over the plate.
There's going to be a lot of tension over those batters, and then you get a guy like Jobert following, I can see the pitcher relax a bit and think he's out of the dangerzone. But Jobert can hit a mistake (or a midweek caliber pitcher) into the parking lot. It's not like Milazzo, who might slap a single. Jobert can hit rocket shots as well as Jones.

Dugas, and I'd like to see Jones get a streak of bombs.
