Narcise was on OTB this morning, he gone, not coming back, JUCO and then reopen recruitment if he handles business in classroom at JUCO depending on how many hours he needs.
After that, if he goes Power 5 he will be right back in competition with about 4 other Qb's.
If he wants to play without competition he needs to look at Tulane or ULL or somewhere like that.
