I simply posted how proud I am of how far our program has come in this decade.

Brady didn't have Tasmin Mitchell and this team is healthy and a year more experienced
Looks like you just used this as a way to congratulate Brady AGAIN!
Your posts would carry more merit if you laid off Bradys nutsack.

well brady thought it would be wise to find out. and now all of his acts are published in a book for everyone to see. another stupid move by john brady, how surprising

Wrong. Josh Maravich made some allegations. Brady did not respond for the reasons I gave.

right, i thought so. dale brown brought the guy on i wish somebody who actually knows the story would retell it, but as i remember it the guy never did anything to wrong or harm anyone. and brady felt the need to treat him like shite completely abolish him from the program for no reason.

It would be good to get the whole story. Maybe there were budgetary issues. Again, it was Brady's program to run as he saw fit. Just curious, did any other athletic program hire this individual?

quote:

whatt about dale brown saying how trent johnson has reached out to him and hes started coming to games again after brady completely alienated him from the program

I recall Brady speaking well of Dale Brown on numerous occasions. What other part should Brown ahve had to play in the program after he was retired?

Why should any new coach at a program have to significantly involve an ex coach who was bigger than life and loved the spotlight? Then when you factor in the program was under NCAA investigation due to alleged acts by Brown the best thing for the programwas to keep Brown as far away as possible.

As for this garbage about ex players I have asked on several occasions for someone to identify the former players who are now regularly seen at games who were not present during Brady's tenure. For the reord, Collis Temple, Jr., CT III, Ricky Blanton, Rudy Macklin and Ed Leblanc have beenregulars for years, Can anyone respond to the challenge?

you can call them whatever you want, they are detailed accounts of what took place. and its not only brady that hasnt refuted them. no players have, no asst coaches have, no managers have, NOBODY has.

as i recall the guy was either not getting paid or getting paid very, very little, so no it wasnt a budget issue. whats your next excuse?

i dont know if anyone else hired him or not. i know that brady treated him lke shite, then FIRED him for no apparent reason.

dale brown is the greatest coach in lsu basketball history.

he lives minutes from campus. he loves lsu. he refused to come to lsu basketball games while john brady was the coach. when brady leaves and someone else starts coaching, he starts coming to games.

as you said, he loves attention and the spotlight. why wouldnt he want to be coming to games?

nobody is saying brady shouldve had him running practice. the man refused to show up to games as a fan because of brady. why can everyone else but you see that as a testament to the type of person brady is?

when did i ever say anything about players coming to games? i havent been going to games long enough to know which former players have been going for years and which havent, so for all i know your statement about all those guys being regulars for years could be complete bullshite. and given that i have a list of over 80 items from you that are complete bullshite, its very likely what youre saying here is also complete bullshite.

i said making them feel part of the program again. one of the first things trent did as head coach was contact as many former players as he could, and he stays in touch with them. brady did not do that. why dont you actually try reading next time you dumbass?

As far as "job prospects" after leaving LSU, John Brady seems to be on the same career path as one Hudson "Curley" Hallman.

TJ's recruiting abilities. The only question left to be answered.
Winning cures all. The recruiting will be much easier for him and successful with an SEC title, winning season, and an NCAA tourney appearance to use on his resume.

Classic! You attack an ad hominem attack with....an ad hominem attack. I apologize that my writing wasn't better at 11 on Sunday night. What's your excuse for the absolute garbage (content) of your first post?

My error is easily correctable. Unfortunately, yours has proven to be quite the opposite.

Hey Sagget lover, high on their list? He was nothing to them and to any other real program. By the way, when the hell has N C St been shite in the last 20 or so years? And since he was such a hot candidate, DUMBASS, why did he end up at Arkansas Puffnstuff? Boy, he really weighed his options big time to accept an offer from the big time high bidder of Ark Puffnstuff! And since he got such a big time interview supposedly(which of course he did not get the job), why then were all the hotshot job openings not funneled towards your and tigger20, wittle beetles, and xiv's man as of late? Oh I guess nobody is gonna come close to making an offer to beat the great situation he has at Arkansas Puffnstuff! Anyway boy, get your Sagget **** head out of the clouds, and free from Brady's arse, and move on up to Arkansas to follow your boy while he still has a job!

Why do you think LSU restructured John Brady's contract to pay him more in 2006 after LSU went to the Final 4? It's so he would stay here and not go to NC State.

I'm not a Brady lover like the others you've mentioned. I'm just a level-headed person that doesn't blindly hate a man that took our team to the Final 4 because you think that's what your supposed to do. John Brady set a great foundation, but LSU basketball is better off now. We have a great coach that finally knows how to perfectly coach the talent Brady brought in.
