How does it compare to basketball gameday if you've ever been? I had a blast at it.

Honestly, Gameday kind of sucks. You just stand around for two hours and occasionally yell at a camera. Plus that horrible "We're comin' to yo citaaay" song gets pretty fricking aggravating.

looks like to me that Gameday is set up about 30yds away from 2 Freshman dorms and 6 Frat houses on one side......and the "WVU Student Union center" is 30yds on the other side.
I dont think they (ESPN) has any idea about where they are broadcasting.
They've basically set-up shop in the middle of a bull-ring.

It's actually cooler to watch it on TV, go "wow, we're representin pretty sweet," and not standing around while they prompt to yell at the cameras.

I think it is awesome would totally make Gameday that much better. Corso better pick WVU if he wants to make it out of there alive though...

Good...I hope you and your pals have a great time. I suspect on Sunday you will tell all your friends you had a great time, but frick gameday if they ever come back. It's just not worth it as many of the posts above will attest.
Take the 2 hour cat nap in the tent and you will be better for it when you are screaming your head off praying for a defensive stop in the 4th quarter.
