Were Charles Scott's stats a misprint?

Tough to get it going on the ground with 9 defenders in the box. Unless something changes, or Arkansas' coaching staff doesn't watch game film, expect much of the same this week (as far as rushing, not game score).

Can't run when the other team doesn't respect your passing game.

Scott seem to lack vision this weekend. Couple of times had he broke one way or the other he had potential big gains.

Yeah, I especially loved the couple of times we ran him on 3rd and long.

To quote Lazare in his article,
"The three LSU tailbacks – Charles Scott, Keiland Williams and Richard Murphy – struggled to make anything happen Saturday. The three backs combined for 23 yards on 15 carries. That's an average of 4½ feet per running attempt."

That's a pathetic showing by our offensive line.

That's how you beat LSU, put 8 in the box and make them throw. And we CAN'T

Charles Scott running draw plays out of the shotgun does not play to his strength, nor does it play to the strength of the line. He needs to run from the I, or offset I. Richard Murphy needs to be in the game if we are going to run all of that spread shi%. this was crowton's worst game here.

not shocking that you say this is crowton's worst game when miles' hands seem to be all over it

I nominate the Bama game for one of the worst called as well. Whoever "had their hands" on us choosing to throw the ball 35 times in that game is a disaster.

Throw the Georgia game into the mix too.

first half of troy was horrible also

since bama les has his hands all over the offense and we're running into a wall..literally and figuratively

Well, they knew we didn't have much of a passing game. So, stack the box and stop the run and force us to throw. Gotta give Ole Piss credit, they knew how to stop us.

pure conjecture about les getting more involved in the offense. no one on the staff has ever said that he did.

The oline according to ranters and their experience should be blowing people up. It must be the scheme. All the coaches suck and the players are fricking great. How bout they all take some heat for the play on the field.
