It’s like being a bitch is the number one trait Vitello looks for in a player.

He instills it in them. That’s why they act the way that they do. It’s the same reason that Dollander had a hissy fit when being taken out of the game. That team is talented, but they are a traveling circus.

The entire program looks like they are hopped up on meth.

Players, coaches, managers. They all act like rabid animals.

Cannot believe they didn’t keep throwing him sliders away.

I really have to think the pitcher missed his spot on that pitch after Thompson’s attempt on the 1st one.

Thompson is definitely flying under the radar this year. He’s probably the least mentioned starter on this team.

THIS! This is why that team will never win Jack shite. Poor leadership equals poor results

Thompson definitely gets the most improved player award. I know he had a bad throw to 1st but this year he has been solid. Last year it was expected.

I wouldn't go that far... they talk about him every time there's a ground ball, and how much he's improved defensively

Absolutely huge and he was up for it. We needed the lower half of our order to be able to come through and man did he.

Whats great is that we beat them with a relatively quiet night at the plate from the “Meat” of the lineup: Morgan-Crews-White.

So in order to take the series &/or Sweep all LSU needs is a normal night at the plate for our All Americans in the lineup & for Floyd & Hurd to pitch “Good”. Those 2 don’t have to be Superman like Skenes, just solid!

That kickback him and Crews are doing is sexy. Creating a bunch of space with that move. My son started doing it this year and it’s awesome

Yeah, I should have made the gif a second longer to catch that. He knew it was bad the second it left the bat.

JT put a great swing on that ball. He’s a very underrated bat in this lineup full of mashers
