Then you are delusional.

Yeah, okay. Because we were moving the ball so well with that version of the offense last night.

It just wasn't his night. Get over it. We won. He'll help us win other games just like he has for so many this year. It's a team.

most teams don't bench QBs just for throwing interceptions. the first one was because of a bad snap.

man frick no. We had less than 40 yards with Lee in and 2 picks. JJ came in and provided offense. He didn't "win" this game, but he didn't lose it either. Lee would have loss this game.

I thought Lee was over with the "look at a reciever routine when throwing", but I was wrong. Still he shouldn't be benced for this, and I'm sure Les won't either. He'll be back under center against a Div 2 Western kentucky team.

This is why we are lucky to have 2 veteran QB's on this team, most people were arguing against Jefferson playin and I thought along with others that it was ridiculous, I guess people see now they were wrong!

Lee has been outstanding this season. I'm afraid if left in the game he might have thrown 2 more int's. He was in his head last and I don't think he was coming out of it. JJ stepped up and picked up JL when he was down. Team win and JL will be back! I do agree that when Lee is in we can put points up much faster.

Bad gam or Lee, thankful we had JJ, both QB's had a so so game, but the difference is Jefferson didn't commit TO's.

We will run the ball at will against Arky. We'll just need to throw occasionally to keep them honest.

JL gives Lsu's offence an identity.

JJ gives it an x-factor.

Coach will stick with JL as the starter, and JJ will get snaps. Nothing to see here, really.

Can't believe it's true but we don't win last night without JJ.
My sentiments exactly. General Lee is still the unquestioned leader imo, but JJ was the x-factor that threw Alabama for a loop and prevented their LB's from just playing downhill the whole night. It forced them to play East and West and then created enough running lanes for Michael Ford and made the Bama D play honest to try to stop the Speed Sweeps, Speed Options, and Zone Read.

but let's start spreading rumors that JJ "won" the game.

J.Lee throws one pass in the bama game last year and people say he won the game ! Was that a rumor as well ?

3 of those 6 were off of an interception where the offense failed to move the ball.

I think Miles continues with his stance of determining the QB on the field due to philosophy. So I think things go back to the way they were. Jefferson might get a few more snaps now though.

yes

hopefully he can recover from being benched last night

that is stupid. That is imlpying any mistakes he may make in the future will somehow not be his fault and will be Les'.

JJ was "ok"....but don't kid yourself, a QB did not "win" the game last night, Defense and Special Teams won the game.

I beg to differ. I say JJ won it every bit as much as defense and special teams. Put it this way, if Lee plays the whole game do you think we win it with our defense and special teams? I give it about a 0.002% chance. JJ didn't put us on his back and win it by himself, but we don't win it without him. It was a team win.
