We should finish strong against the next 3 teams, hopefully blowout material and gain a ton of positive recruiting opportunities...bowl game will look nice because, IF we play well and win big, committee will send us to an competitive bowl (cotton bowl or citrus,) should finish recruitng strong...

Overall, it would have exceeded my expectations for O and his first year as coach

Still cant forgive losses to Troy and Mississippi State. We should be an 11-1 team. How we played against Bama and auburn in the second half is how we should’ve payed all year and to me there is no excuses for not playing like that.

According to the poll done by Dandydon at the beginning of the season, we would finish exactly where the majority of fans projected us to finish.

State was on fire that night. Even with the full Canada offense, I think we might still lose it. We were decimated by injuries and suspensions.

Still, 10-2 and eventually 11-2 would look much better.

This team has been all over the place this year. Could easily have lost to Auburn too being down 20 in that game.

I have never been on the O-train. I like the guy, but I thought we could have garnered a proven coach.

That being said, the team has turned around nicely. When we lost to Troy, 3-9 seemed like a real possibility. We were being manhandled on both sides of the line. Nothing looked like it was working.

Coach O, the staff, and the team have righted that ship. Much props to them.

Losing to troy and the 2nd half comeback during the Auburn game was the season changer..I know we lost to Bama, but the over moral and mentality changed for the better...I just hope it helps us for next year..

If this team can get to 10 wins we got something to build off. I can barely remember the last 10 wins season we had. It’s been like 4 years.

We should finish 3-0. These next three teams are not on LSU’s level. Coach O should not lose any of these.

If Coach O wants to make a statement going into next season, you blow out these next 3 teams. We should beat Arkansas by 3 or more TDs, same for Tennessee. Should beat aTm by double digits as well. Want to really make it feel like things are headed in the right direction? Put the rest of this schedule away, and get Brennan some good snaps.

The beginning of the season was just short of a disaster, but the team certainly has played so much better the last month.

I'm still trying to figure out why we fired Miles if we're just going to accept the same outcomes?

I think if you've watched this season, you see some clear personnel changes that still need to be made for us to compete at the championship level.

Now does that excuse us for losing to Troy? Absolutely not, but if we finish this season 9-3, then I'm not sure why we would want even more coaching change without giving the current staff in place a chance to fix the biggest issues right now. A play making QB and rebuilt OL/DL. Plus getting some play makers in at WR I think is something we havent talked about enough. Miles had his chances for several years, now it's time to give O, Canada and Aranda their chances.

Nobody is claiming this season to be some success, or failure though. Fact is, we need to get better in certain areas before any coach will take us back to the promised land.

Because his offense was too predictable and he was unable or unwilling to make adjustments when needed

Freshman in first few games are much different than free in week 9-10. Coming off a Transition year where a long tenured coach was replaced 10 wins would be outstanding. Especially with the 3-2 start. That's 6 out of 7 sec games 4 of em away.

We should have finished 9-3 last year and went to the sugar bowl. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. There’s still games to be played.
