I figure that's one plan, but given O's tendency to get bitchy (he did that a couple times here before 2019), I think you need a working backup plan if the team collapses.

If there's one thing I'm certain of, it's that Orgeron won't go down with dignity. He will melt down bigtime, that's my fear. You can't leave him in control once that happens.
