Objective and subjective opinions/statements welcomed on how Myles will either royally f us next season or will do moderately decent. I’m open to all avenues in February.

I think he will do decent. He has the arm to get it to any one of our several playmakers. His deep balls might honestly be better than Joe’s.

Where he will lack is pocket presence and decision making. I expect 25+ TDs and 10 interceptions.

Those stats are still incredible for LSU aside from what Joe did.

No need to talk until after spring practice.
We know nothing!

So you say he will either frick us, or be decent.

That’s your two choices. And you want objectivity?

I think he will be excellent. Perhaps 2/3 of Burrow 2019.

No reason to think he won't do well, he ran the offense pretty well with the opportunities he had last year. He had a couple of bad decisions and errant throws but overall he played well.

I agree on excellent. Reasons being:
Not a one year hired gun. He's been in the system 3 years and watched JB for two.

In his hs offense he was the runner. A lot like Joe in his hs offense so he's a way better runner than most think.

Senior year 69% completion %. Damn near 70%.

Senior year 48 TDs. 3 int. He wasn't just throwing it up.

He saw how JB improved his 2nd year as starter. He doesn't need the money, won't bolt for the NFL after one year.

His family is deeply rooted in Louisiana, Brennan's restaurants in NO.

I think we have a winner for the next 2 years.

It’s not just you. We are back to the typical LSU, where the most popular player on the team is the backup QB.

SjbLSu,
You screwed us with your babbling.... just sayin’

Now, imho, Myles plays better than average and we have a chance going into the final weekend.

There is no real way to be objective, not enough of a sample vs SEC caliber play.

Honestly, I expect him to do better than moderately decent, possibly even doing incredibly well. The unfortunate thing for him is he has to follow up an historic season by a QB. But he has great weapons returning, a fantastic arm, and hopefully has picked up some savvy/swagger from the GOAT.

We have some (4) linemen to replace.we fill the holes and the offensive line plays solid there's no reason the Howitzer cant have a good season in the pocket

When you have 1 upvote and approaching 100 downvotes, it’s pretty obvious your topic is shite and that you are upvoting your own post. Sad on so many levels.
