He knows it but is too f'in stubborn to admit it. The act of hiring a new offensive coordinator needs to come from above him. He is not the owner of the team. He gets paid a pretty good salary last I heard to make good decisions about the success of the team. Make that sob hire somebody. And dont give me the arguement that there are not good candidates out there.
