If you exercise more than 75 mins a day the body produces cortisol instead of testosterone. Maybe he's overdoing it.

That's about me too

I'm 41. If my pants still fit then I'm good and not fat.

There is no place for that kind of science mumbo jumbo in this thread. Just sit back and appreciate the hard work Will Wade puts in to maintaining his mystical, game-winning physique.

Ever been to a marathon?

Watch the people crossing the finish line and you'll further question how it's possible.

The reality is slow jogging is not a good way to get fit. You'll be able to run further, but that's about it.

He’s always had a terrible midsection. He really should run more than 1 mile

Hell, WALKING on an incline burns more calories than running.

Are you saying if I run for 27 minutes and walk on incline for 27 minutes I will burn more walking on incline? Or are you saying I will burn more walking on incline for 3 miles than I will running 3 miles?

I couldn’t care less wtf he looks like as long as he continues to kick arse. Program is on an upward trajectory and he has the potential to really build something here.

He’s genetically pear shaped. You can certainly lessen it’s effect to an extent with diet, exercise, and certain clothes probably, but only so much
