We all need to admit that Les can recruit great quarterbacks

Jordan Jefferson
Jarret Lee
Anthony Jennings
Brandon Harris

These are all really good quarterback recruits. And every single one was terrible at LSU and I'm tired of pretending that every single one was a bust and that every offensive coordinator is terrible. Les Miles can recruit great quarterbacks. And then something goes terribly terribly wrong once they reach campus.

Tell me where each of those QBs were ranked coming out of h.s. before you label them as "great" recruits. Harris is the only one who cracked the Top 100.

Better question is name me an above average NFL QB that came from LSU and succeeded.

That relies heavily on a personal definition of 'above average' and 'succeeded.'
Matt Flynn has been on an NFL roster consistently since he was drafted in 2008. I'd call that successful.

LSU pays 4 mil a year for a PR guy not a coach. Les is not responsible!

Jarret Lee

I completely agree that Les is a horrible developer of QBs.

But let's give Jarett Lee some credit. Remember that his senior year, Jarrett Lee was:

104-167
62%
1306 yards
14 TDs, 3 INTs
152 rating (best in the SEC)

If we only had a offensive guru coach like Kevin Sumlin with multiple 5 star QB recruits maybe we would have that explosive offense everyone wants?

You set the bar real low. Maybe for Nichols State or Tulane.
