Scorers sometimes make exceptions when you are on the run. Was she still running and leaped? Look at some balls that fielders dive for and it hits their glove. Most times it scored a hit.

Must be determined by the umpire that it's a routine pop up. Since the infield was in, it was not routine. Therefore, no infield fly rule.
Besides, the runners can advance at their own risk.
