We got lucky that Poa wasn't called for a foul. Absolutely 0 reason to try and draw a charge 70 feet away from the goal with 1 second left in the quarter.

This has been likely the worst quarter of basketball LSU has played all year. Shooting poorly, giving up great looks on the defensive end that Auburn is making, getting out rebounded, missed 4 FTs, no ball movement, zero assists, Flaujae in foul trouble already...not good.
I still am confident that they'll play better and win the game, but doing it the hard way.

This one is under ref control right now. Mulkey needs to let the refs hear it, take a technical and fire this team up before the girls just lay down and let themselves get physically dominated all game. Wake up ladies.

Officiating is already one sided. The charge on Johnson wasn’t a charge, plus the and the loose ball foul on Poa wasn’t a foul at all. The foul should have been called on the other girl at the first attempt for her when she cut off Poa.

I've been asking for a zone defense for a little while now. We tried it for one or two possesions.

Defense hasn't been that bad. It's the girls taking shots in the paint with 3 or 4 defenders on top of them with zero concept of passing. And the turnovers have been bad leading to some easy shots.

Kim sorta botched the roster management this offseason leaving 3 open scholarships and not adding another true ball handler. I don't care if we added HVL but she clearly needs to be off the ball
That said I'm sure she will have them ready come post season, just ugly as hell right now

that's the 3rd weak foul our girl's have commited on a layoup for Aubun and given a 3 point play. Just give up the layup when you are beat.
