Exactly! He never gets past anyone who's guarding him.

Yep just left gym. He was moping all night. Not listening to coaches in the huddle horrible body language on court. He’s as far from being an NBA player than he’s ever been .

Did you stay long enough to see him come back out and work on his free throws by himself?

And interesting test will be when we get O'Neal back and Wade subs for Watford with O'Neal. O'Neal will play a true forward position, not the point-forward like Watford.

I think most of this has to do with Wade not wanting to step on the toes of the highly touted prospect. Kind of how we coddled Gilbert to try and get him to stick around. I personally don’t like this methodology, just do what is best for the team and if that is sticking Waterford on the post and blocks and limiting his touches outside the arc so be it. He will probably respect you more if you just tell him what to do anyways.

You can tell that the advice he got from NBA scouts was that he needed to develop his outside game. Seems like he is very concerned about that.

That's the worst I have seen him play.

He seems to have regressed the last couple of games.
Maybe his ankle is bothering him but he looks uncoordinated. He bounces the ball off his foot, falls down, and just appears slow.
I suspect he is having some injury problems.

While this was his worst game handling wise, I agree that too many sets run through him at this time - Far too many turnovers and general lackadaisical approach too often. Instead of pushing him as "skill" guy, someone needs to start pushing him to play stronger and go to the rim harder instead of relying on short fade aways, dunks vs layups, etc.

He can handle the ball his issue is passing it is very lazy at times. He handles the ball on the perimeter and in pressing situations a lot because as great as Cam Thomas is at scoring his ball handling needs a lot of work.

The way he was shooting free throws, he was a detriment to the team being on the floor in the OT,

But, yet he made three out of four foul shots in overtime. That wasn't detrimental in my opinion.
