It’s been awesome seeing LSU play four ranked opponents, and seeing the progression of LSU from all that tough competition, progress in all phases of the game.

One phase stands out. LSU appears to have the best passing defense not only in the country, but in the schools history. Doesn’t bode well for Bama.

Any upgrade from battle and I’d agree with this.

Battle hasn't been that bad in the passing game. When you get burnt it gets noticed. If he was that bad we'd be getting torched all over the place

Battle made a great play to get his interception and another drive-stopping great play in run support. Battle was a MAN last night.

I'd like to throw Honey Badger on this defense and get Chaisson back. That would be a true wrecking crew.

So you want to replace the player with the second most interceptions on the team after Delpit?

Good move, Coach.

The phase that stands out to me is we can't score TDs!

He's not bad. He's the weak link but look at the rest of those he's being compared with.

LSU does what it needs to on offense, against Sate, there was no need to get aggressive. That will all change against Alabama.
