Watching Brennan warm up

Brennan had one of the strongest arms in his class. Dude is gifted in that regard. Joe Brady has a live one to work with thats for sure.

Could care less about a live arm, touch is what he needs to be successful as a QB.

He played in the spread/RPO offense at SSC for years, so I hope his ability to read the defense and get us in the right play presnap... that’s what Burrow does so well..

He is a great kid and has very high football IQ. He was one of few that got Canada’s offense. They used to discuss plays formations etc for hours. We are good

I don't doubt that at all. I think we will have to be patient with him primarily because he's following after arguably the best QB in LSU history. He's not going to be Burrow no should we expect that. The key to next year will be defensive progression. I don't think we will be able to just outscore everyone. Brennan needs a lot of snaps and a whole bunch of confidence going into conference play. He has the tools if he takes control of the team like it's his.

It doesn't matter how powerful one's arm is. If they can't control it, throw accurately and with touch, then it is useless.

I just hope he has half the leadership and moxie Joe has and we will be aight. He seems a little quiet but maybe he is smart and letting Joe do his thing learning and waiting in the weeds.

Will be pretty surprised if Brennan starts next year.
